In the process, you’ll help them achieve important financial goals, such as acquiring a first home, establishing credit and saving for retirement.

For clients looking to build wealth, our team brings together the banking convenience of Bank of America with the investment capabilities of Merrill — to simplify financial lives and help clients prepare for life’s milestones. Clients are empowered to manage investments using Merrill’s online and mobile platforms or they can work with a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor in select Bank of America financial centers or over the phone.

Relationship management

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact/trusted advisor and acquiring, deepening and maintaining profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates and facilitating client relationships.

Building customer base and managing the customer experience, efficiently handling sales and service transactions, identifying sales opportunities and making referrals to internal business partners.
