In the Google Cloud console, go to your Cloud Billing account.\n\n\n [Go to your Cloud Billing account](https://console.cloud.google.com/billing/overview)\n\n \u003cbr /\u003e\n\n2. In the **Billing account** list, select a billing account to go to its\n overview page.\n\n The **Billing account overview** page opens.\n3. You can use the navigation pane to open a specific page---for example,\n **Reports** , **Billing export** , **Payment settings** , or **Account management** .\n The available Google Cloud console pages vary depending on the\n [type of billing account](/billing/docs/concepts#billing_account_types) you are\n viewing and [your level of permissions](/billing/docs/how-to/billing-access)\n on the Cloud Billing account.\n\n To view a different Cloud Billing account, at the top of the\n navigation pane, in the **Billing account** list, select the account you want\n to view. If you don't see the account listed, click **Manage billing accounts**\n to view a list of Cloud Billing accounts that you can view.\n\nGet billing support for other Google products\n---------------------------------------------\n\nIf you are having trouble with the billing account associated with your\nGoogle Maps Platform projects or with your Google Workspace account, other\ntroubleshooting tools and contact options are available.\n\n### Google Maps Platform\n\nGoogle Maps Platform customers need a valid Cloud Billing account to\nuse the Google Maps Platform APIs.\n| **Note:** For Google Maps Platform customers, support is provided in English only.\n\nTo get billing support for your Google Maps Platform account:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the **Google Maps Platform**\n \\\u003e **Support** page.\n\n\n [Go to Google Maps Platform Support](https://console.cloud.google.com/google/maps-apis/support)\n\n \u003cbr /\u003e\n\n2. At the top of the page, use the resource selector (\n My Project\n arrow_drop_down) to\n select the **project** related to your Google Maps Platform billing question.\n\n - To view the support form, the project you select must contain at least one enabled Google Maps Platform API.\n - To file a Google Maps Platform billing support case, you need to be a *Project Owner* or *Project Editor* on the selected project.\n3. Click add_box\n **Create case**.\n\n4. In the **Create a Case** form, in the **Issue type** list, select\n **Billing issue**.\n\n | **Note:** If you don't see the support form, it might be because the project that you have selected does not have any Google Maps Platform APIs enabled.\n5. Fill out the rest of the form fields in detail, and then click **Submit**.\n\n After you submit the form, a new support case is created.
