Completion of this form indicates your interest in working events as an EV Enthusiast Events Team Member and/or and EV Events Facilitator Team Member. Once you have submitted your responses, we will keep your information on file and reach out to you (typically by email first) when we have events that need support in your area. EV Events Facilitator Team Member: This position supports the event start to finish - part manual labor (ex. setting up tables, pop-up tents, signage, etc.) and part customer service (ex. creating a welcoming environment, helping event guests through registration and surveys). You'll assist with event set up, event tear down, and everything in between! In this role, you'll look to jump in and help wherever needed, you'll be proactive to solve problems, and you'll ensure everyone has a positive, fun experience. This position involves lifting, carrying of items (up to 25 pounds), bending, reaching, standing for extended periods of time, and other physical movements associated with event set up, tear down, and facilitation. Knowledge about EVs is preferred, but not required. 6-8 hours of work per event is typical.
EV Enthusiast Team Member: This position is for EV owners who enjoy talking with people about all things EVs! You will bring your EV to the event (for display or to provide rides to event guests) and engage with event guests in conversation about your EV, your experience driving/owning an EV, and any other EV-related topics (charging, infrastructure, benefits, incentives, etc.) you feel confident speaking to and that event guests are interested in learning about. In this role, you'll help event guests feel welcome and encourage them to participate, you'll invite people to be curious and ask questions, you'll demonstrate your enthusiasm for EVs, and you'll ensure everyone has a positive, fun experience. 4-6 hours of work per event is typical.
