I broke something and can't figure out what it was?

Hi Everyone,

New here green as green can be for PC things and clearly know just enough to be dangerous. In chasing some issues I was using the CTT tool to debloat things and I am now getting this popup when trying to download things. it also pops up when my msi afterburner starts up and runs but it still works fine.

I have gone through to try to find whats causing it but have not had any luck. same goes for searching online for the issue.

It seems to be tied to windows game bar for some reason?
