Functions are not returning a tibble when RETURN_HEADERS = FALSE

an issue in the logic of aqs_removeheader has been found where sometimes functions are not converting lists of AQS_DATAMART_APIv2 objects into a single, combined AQS_DATAMART_APIv2 object.
