Website UI update.

I was scrolling through the website (xrpl.org) and thought to myself that the website could use some more animation of sorts. Perhaps a animation on this page:

something like 'X" rotating-in then avatars start to appear in a pattern that opacity of each increase with some delay.
I believe it could improve UX by great number.

Also I want to point that there is a repetition of "Community" highlighted in the image below.

Minor fix but would be more professional, I invite every community member to share their thoughts on this so we can improve as a whole.
