It's a great app, however I have renewed my account back in September and it was giving my daughter a prompt saying to upgrade for more reading. I can't understand why it's asking me to upgrade to the yearly subscription when I have already did. On that note, I have submitted 3 helpdesk requests for billing and subscription and I haven't heard or received any feedback from them.

Won't hide books. EDIT: Even after selecting hide, the same suggested books came up. I attempted to close the app and reopen, but the app continued to suggests books that I hid. I tried several times, including closing the app completely out. But alas, the app still suggested books that I hid.

Thanks for writing to Epic! Please note that you can hide books through your Parent Dashboard. To do that, sign in to your Parent Dashboard -> search the book from Epic's library, open it, and now click on three dots (from the top-left corner) -> click on Hide Book.
