You have menu to chat with the restaurant on your app. But what's the point if I can't even contact them. It only can be used when the restaurant made first contact, coz there's problem with the orders. But when I can't do anything when I realized I made a mistake and want to make any correction, like when I wanted to order TIDAK PEDAS but instead I wrote PEDAS. I realized the mistake immediately but can't do anything. My advice, better make 2 way communication for this menu. Or delete it.

Even with the gocar flash, your drivers are still unavailable or too far away. Also, the app shows you many drivers that are nearby but somehow matches you with a driver that's at least 7 minutes away or drivers dropping off passengers also at least 10 minutes away Algorithm somehow picks the route with the most stop lights. Really a disaster app

The UI for gofood pickup, not intuitive, cannot cancel when accidentally press order. The customer support or help center is not good at all, only bot texting like if order than cannot cancel. And when I searching for the CS number, there isn't CS number, what horrible experience i have. How to get help, if there is way to get to the CS. Very bad experience
