I don't understand why you had to suddenly "revamp" the app when the old app was running quite smoothly & efficiently as well! With the new app it is not even being able to connect my account with my mobile number when I'm receiving messages from your side without any problem. I am not being able to login into my own account! It is saying that I am putting wrong account number. I was easily using the old app now for this revamp drama I can't even access my account through the app! Unbelievable!

Clearing cache & data of the Play Store/App Store. Restarting your device. Freeing up storage space. Checking OS version and updating if needed. Trying the download again after switching to a stable internet connection. If it still doesn’t work, please share your device model, OS version, and the exact error message at iobconnect@iob.in

*The new app is not stable; the speed varies. Sometimes it's very fast, sometimes normal, and sometimes slow. Please fix it so the speed is always stable. Sometimes is irritating. * When I am in an app, if I receive a call, the app automatically stops working, displaying "App not supported during the call." If I am transferring money and receive a call, will the money transfer be successful or fail? * Debit card not able to enable; it always shows a technical error

I'm extremely disappointed with the new banking app from IOB Connect. I've been trying to log in for 5 days, and it's been a frustrating experience. The app has a major issue with the login system, which is unacceptable for a banking app. The OTP system is flawed, with a limit of 3 SMS attempts per day. When I try to enter the OTP, there's a gap between seeing the OTP and typing it, and the app logs me out. Even using split screen didn't w
