I've been using the app for a long time but recently it is not working smoothly. It is not letting me order the items in ky bag through any mode of payment. Please fix the issue at the earliest.I have tried uninstalling and installing again many times. also tried to order through multiple accounts and devices. Please inform me about any option.

customer service has always been pathetic , no proper mechanism to redress customer queries/issues. The way products are carelessly packed and sent says a lot about the platform. Exchange option is very limited , if someone has recieved damaged product, no resdressal is available for that ! You can only exchange the size. Further, the fishy review game, the platform doesn't allow customers to post detailed reviews which makes it all the more doubtful. Even getting refunds back is difficult.

Worst app, would not recommend to anyone. I got ₹450 “super cash” after shopping, but it’s just a scam. On my next order, I found out I can only use 10% of it per order. To actually use the full amount, I would need to spend around ₹4,500 in just one month – which is unrealistic. On top of that, the things I actually like and branded products don’t even allow me to use this balance. The so-called offer is completely misleading and frustrating.
