Firstly, it never actually delivers on time. Last time, it marked my order delivered without actually delivering it. And the option to find help is almost impossible. Like normal apps they don't actually have help available after clicking the "help" option shown (it is only for faq and stuff). You have to learn to assume everything as a clickable option and click on your order to complain. Why can they not write help there as well, why make it difficult for users?

it's a cold storage food you could feel and taste the preservatives I wonder how old they are also pricing is cheap but at Times do you really want to eat and pay something which is not fresh and that can be available offline or few more bucks on other applications? not really worth it food really bad might be only good for deserts and beverages

Horrible experience. When I placed my order it said order will be delivered in 12 minutes and it kept showing the same for 36 minutes. when I called the customer care they said there's delay in the kitchen. But there was no explanation given to me when I asked will they be okay if I delay my payment by 30 minutes. My experience is getting worse with swiggy day by day.
