[Investigating] We are currently investigating unexpected behavior reports with our SSO connection with AzureAD (OIDC) customers. Some users might be unable to authenticate using this type of SSO connection.

[Identified] Impact should be limited to SSO connections using AzureAD Connect that use a UPN different from the email address are affected. We have identified the issue with our auth provider and are actively working to fix it.

[Monitoring] We are still actively working on a permanent fix with our auth provider, but as a temporary workaround, impacted customers may change their IdP from AzureAD to SAML in order to restore SSO functionality.
