How Does DoorDash Work?
Using the DoorDash app or the DoorDash website, you can place an order from a wide range of restaurants and grocery stores in your area. Once a business fulfills your order, it’s assigned to a Dasher who picks it up and delivers it to you. If you have the DoorDash app, you can track the status of your order and there’s also the option to schedule a delivery for a later time or date.

How To Cancel A DoorDash Order?
You can only cancel your order before it’s been picked up by a Dasher. To do so, go to the Orders tab in the DoorDash app and select the order you want to cancel. Tapping the Help button in the top right corner will bring you to a customer support page that includes the option to cancel your order. Select Cancel Order, then follow the instructions. The cancellation process is largely the same on the DoorDash website.
Does DoorDash Take EBT?
DoorDash accepts EBT for orders placed at eligible grocery stores. It can’t be used for restaurant orders.
