Add drivers for DragonBoard to enable wired Ethernet via RJ45.
ADB is disabled due to conflict with QDB so can't use adb/fastboot
in b2qt to update usb_fw firmware.
Demolauncher requires connman to connect to WiFi network so
disable systemd services that are conflicting with connman.
Task-number: QTBUG-140106
