App Store Connect Help
Consent for subscription offer conversions
In certain countries or regions, the App Store requires that you obtain customer consent when converting from subscription offers to standard paid subscriptions. Each storefront may enforce different consent policies and as a result, the App Store experience may vary based on storefront. See below for country-specific consent experiences.
Republic of Korea
For customers converting from introductory or subscription offers in the Republic of Korea, Apple collects consent through email, in-app sheets, or push notifications. The timing and frequency of these communications may differ from those shown for standard subscription price increases.
