What part of Winutil are you having issues with?

Provide a clear and concise description of the issue.

When importing a earlier saved list of programs to install that contains programs that were removed in the current list, the operation fails with "Error: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Programs' because it is an empty string."

GRIPE: If you're gonna keep changing this list, you should make a "louder" announcement, as some of us actually depend on the software we selected to be installed last month can also be installed this month.
SUGGESTION: Have (a) secondary screen(s) of deprecated software able to be displayed and selected. This would serve as a more public notice that it will be going away yet still allow old import lists to function, rather than failing as now. Having it on a secondary screen means it won't be in the way of people who don't want to see it and don't care.
Frankly, having a long list has been useful to me, as I have found nice software I didn't know about by perusing your list.

No, WinUtil should only have the basics after a fresh install it shouldn't have every single program ever if you want something like that i suggest you checkout UniGetUI it's an amazing front head for winget installs

You partially misunderstand -- while I would like to have older programs still available, IT IS FAILING when I use an import that contains imports for programs you have eliminated. AT THE VERY LEAST, it should ignore those programs, preferably with a message. I typically import about 10 programs to install. Do you honestly believe that a bug report that reports an ABNORMAL TERMINATION of a function should be ignored? Why are you in such a hurry to close a ticket?

I ALREADY USE UNIGETUI AND HAVE FOR A WHILE. So you're telling me that since people have no hesitation to break winutil and make import unreliable, it's up to me to cope? I hope that WinUtil contributors realize that whether they're paid or not, they have a responsibility to its MANY users to release non-broken software that doesn't fail unexpectedly. When I wrote commercial software, if I had knowingly released broken software, I would have been fired after being embarrassed. I assumed (wrongly) that this would apply here. As you suggest, I can certainly cope, but I just didn't expect Chris would allow his name on known broken software. Now I guess I know better. I won't argue with you anymore. Now that I better understand what to expect from WinUtil, I will try to reduce my dependency on it. Thank you for the lesson.
