Node-to-Node Messaging from WFC

Allow the +op at a WFC screen to send and receive node-to-node messages.

• Add support for both MCI and WFC field to indicate pending incoming messages -- {pendingNodeMessageCount} or similar
• Ability to view and respond to messages
• Ability to select a node and send a message or send to all
