WFC: Ability to manage tasks

[NuSkooler]

Add the ability to manage tasks:

• List of current scheduled tasks and their times, etc.
• Ability to manually run any task
• Tasks that do not have a schedule should also be available
  • Example: Vacuum DB, or rescan file base
