Follow-up to #75204
Audit neutral vs brand and fg-interactive vs fg-content token usage in dataviews-layouts/list/style.scss — currently mixed in ways that don't strictly follow the @wordpress/ui scheme (e.g. using Brand colors on Neutral backgrounds and vice versa). May highlight a divergence between the current DataViews design and the WPDS pattern, and may not guarantee text-contrast when tokens are mixed across pairs/states.
