How to modify the track's spec/plan?

After run the /conductor:newTrack blah blah. The spec.md and plan.md are created. Then I found something is not as what expected or some test cases are missing from the plan. What's the suggested workflow to modify the track's spec/plan in this case?

2. Keep them Synchronized: If you change the spec.md, make sure to update the plan.md to reflect those changes, and vice versa. The Conductor agent uses these files as its source of truth during implementation.

I've just been prompting to update track or plan with some specific adjustments. That works just fine and the AI agents are pretty good at ensure both spec.md and plan.md are updated and kept in sync

One of the ways to do it cleanly through the workflows itself without editing spec.md and plan.md file is to to provide input during the manual verification step (which comes after automated testing is performed) of Phase 1 (or whichever phase you think the change is relevant in) where you are free to provide your own inputs. I have tried providing unrelated inputs in there and it was happy to accomodate my changes and modified the right documents in the process. I know its a hack, but gets the job done. Generally the change you would want to make would be related to one or more phases in which work is divided, so just find the right phase and provide your input whenever you have a chance to manually verify something.
