Set encoding explicitly to UTF-8. This was caused by the π (pi) character in VectorDistanceType.
- Also rename upload tasks. "Upload task" is the no longer used Gradle mechanism, using the Gradle publishing mechanism since a while now. - Also trigger Gradle plugin for scheduled builds. It has tests that benefit from running and the plugin project will not schedule integration tests if triggered by a scheduled pipeline.
- empty <p> tag - unescaped HTML characters - not a warning, but add a missing space

- allow other projects to trigger a pipeline by relaxing workflow rules - only run jobs if previous stage was successful

The database library is now included in a separate artifact with its own manifest that includes this note. Also refer to "ObjectBox Admin" to help users inspecting the manifest to understand what this is about.
