Way to get time offsets between peer machines?

Hi all! Wonderful library, thanks for developing/supporting!

Is there a way to get the NTP offset between two peers on two different machines using this lib? What if the other peer is using a JS based webrtc library? Thanks!

It is not possible, either from libdatachannel or the JS WebRTC API.

I was reading more through the code and I found a [getNTPOfSR()](https://github.com/paullouisageneau/libdatachannel/blob/master/src/rtp.cpp#L206) function. Is this just the NTP stamp of the last message?

This is the NTP-formatted timestamp of the RTCP Sender Report set to wallclock time when the report was sent.
