pip command not found

Describe the bug
Tried to install exactly as described in the readme:

agx ~/s/M/r/build> sudo -H pip install -U jetson-stats
sudo: pip: command not found

Expected behavior
Jetson-stats is installed and available.

Additional context

• jetson_release -v

agx ~/s/M/r/build> jetson_release -v
fish: Unknown command 'jetson_release'

• jtop (page INFO)

May want to update the readme. I think I figured it out:

sudo apt-get install python3-pip
sudo -H pip3 install -U jetson-stats

you need to install pip:

sudo apt install python-pip
sudo -H pip install -U jetson-stats

or python3 pip

sudo apt install python3-pip
sudo -H pip3 install -U jetson-stats

This should be in the readme. Just installed a new Jetson device again tonight, and had to dig out this issue again since by default pip and pip3 are not installed on the Jetson images.
