Improve engine control and optimize data read

  • New GUI page
  • Update Compact info
  • New engine Service
  • Update jetson.stats function
  • Update jetson.engine function
  • Remove os.access in engine read function
  • remove from engine search engines with . On the name, like: nvenc.buffer
  • Add github issue open when Jetson engine compact info is missing
  • map_engine+compact = Check by tegra model instead of model name (need: Feature/new jetson variables #332 Convert jetson_variable in a python script #331)
  • Fix documentation

Board to check if this new feature works:

  • AGX Orin
  • Xavier NX
  • Jetson Nano
  • AGX Xavier

Optional: TX1, TX2
