Services are not handled

When minimizing classpath, declared services are not handled (considered as "needed"). Or is it caller that should handle this case? If so, how?

I guess it comes down to how "pure" the library sees the dependency resolution.
But I think it would make sense to expand support for this.

Ideally make it selectable by the user whether to include data from META-INF or not.
TBH I would need to read up a little on the status quo of META-INF.
