Detects exponential decay signatures (λ≈1-4 km) in 539 stations using SPP with broadcast ephemerides, eliminating processing artifact hypothesis. Shows E-W>N-S anisotropy, CMB alignment, orbital coupling. TEP-GNSS Paper 3.
