Mandated as Treasury Manager to use BofA, and by far the worst, most frustrating commercial online and mobile banking experience of my career. Time out is too quick, fail rate on authentication is too high, and that's before you even get to using the software. Such a disappointment from one of the largest banks in the world.

App isn't currently working on lastest version of Android. It requires an update to use, but there is no update available. Tried to reinstall the app, but it didn't help. Please fix this, or acknowledge the problem/offer a workaround. Unable to access CashPro at all.

When I try to open, I get ' mandatory cashpro mobile update error'. When I say update, it goes to Google play store which has only open or uninstall options. When we click open, it gives the same error. Hopeless application
