EMI stands for Equated Monthly Installments. It's a payment option that allows you to pay for your Google Store purchase in equal monthly installments over a specified tenure. No Cost EMI is a special offer where Google Store discounts the interest amount upfront, so you only pay back the principal loan amount to your card issuer.

How do I know if I'm eligible for EMI or No Cost EMI?

Your eligibility depends on a few factors:

Minimum order value: Your total purchase must meet the minimum threshold (10,000 INR) set by your card issuer.
Eligible card: You need a qualifying credit card from a participating issuer.
Product eligibility: Some items, like certain Pixel Watch and Pixel Buds models, might not be eligible for No Cost EMI on longer tenures. But if you pair these with an item that is eligible for a longer tenure (Pixel Phones), they’ll automatically qualify too.
No Cost EMI promotion: Google Store needs to be running a No Cost EMI promotion at the time of your purchase.

Which banks participate in the EMI programs?

Most leading card issuers in India offer EMI. Check with your bank to confirm their participation and specific terms. Currently, only credit cards are eligible for EMI on Google Store. You may check the EMI calculator for the list of banks and their EMI offerings here.

What are the available tenures for No Cost EMI?

No Cost EMI is typically available on 3, 6, 9, or 12-month tenures. Occasionally, Google Store may offer No Cost EMI up to 24 months.

Is there a processing fee for using EMI or No Cost EMI?

Google Store doesn't charge any processing or convenience fees. However, your card issuer may have their own fees, so it's best to check with them.

Can I combine No Cost EMI with other Google Store promotions?

Yes, you can usually combine No Cost EMI with other Google Store promotions for individual consumers, as long as the terms of both promotions allow it.

What happens if I cancel my purchase made with EMI or No Cost EMI?

What is Instant Cashback?

Instant Cashback offers an immediate discount at checkout, available through Google Store in partnership with HDFC.

These are available on eligible credit cards determined by the bank. You can also combine Instant Cashback with EMI or No Cost EMI on credit card purchases. You can usually enjoy Instant Cashback on one order every 90 days with an eligible card.

Is there a minimum spend to qualify for Instant Cashback?

Yes, to qualify for an Instant Cashback offer, your order must meet a minimum transaction value that is set by our partner bank. This eligibility is checked against the final price at checkout after any other Google Store promotions or discounts have been applied. If a store discount reduces your final order total to below the bank's required minimum transaction value, the Instant Cashback will not apply. How much Instant Cashback can I get?

What happens if I cancel an item purchased with Instant Cashback?

Google Store will process a refund, but the cashback amount may be recalculated or clawed back. In some cases, you might not receive any refund if the recalculation takes your transaction value below the minimum required for the cashback.

Instant Cashback will be made available to the customers who purchase eligible Google products (“Products”) using an eligible credit card or debit card of participating banks (“Issuing Banks”) as a payment option.
