New customers β device orders
If you've ordered a device from us, it'll be delivered by courier. Once you've received an email telling you your device has been despatched, youβll be able to track the delivery online on the βMy ordersβ page of My O2.
New customers β SIM only
If you've ordered a sim only deal, your sim will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. It'll usually be delivered to your home the next working day, but please allow five working days.
Existing Pay Monthly customers β device orders
If you're an existing Pay Monthly customer expecting a replacement or a new device, youβll be able to track your order in My O2, once youβve had an email saying itβs been despatched.
Accessory orders
If youβve ordered an accessory thatβs being delivered by Royal Mail, you wonβt be able to track your order. But donβt worry, it will be with you within three working days.
Your accessory will be shipped via courier if itβs over a certain price. Once youβve received an email telling you your accessory has been dispatched, youβll be able to track the delivery online on the βMy ordersβ page of My O2.
