Works great, when it works. Crashes are frequent, especially when trying to access the shore excursions section. The app crashes for me almost every time I try to explore the excursion section. I've tried to open the section 10 times, I've gotten in twice. That's an 80% failure rate. 😕

At its best this app is barely useful. Even onboard it's terrible. The freestyle dailys aren't optimized for a mobile platform. Off the ship its unusable. Needs a complete redesign. Can't view menus, can't book anything, has my excursions and dining listed at wrong times. We used to love ncl, but honestly I'm over it. Cost cutting has caused a once great cruise line to become less then mediocre. The app is exactly like that. When compared to royal and celebrity apps. It's just awful.

Well, I guess they fixed the crashing, so that's good. Big problems though. Can't view current ship time on the app. This is a HUGE fail and basic to everyone on board, especially on a transatlantic cruise! Also, you used to be able to view current day menus for the mdr, but not any more!
